Who we are
This website, nmscale.com, is run by NM Scale (Nikolay Mikov), based in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website. You can reach us at office@nmscale.com.
What data we collect
- Application form: your first and last name, phone number, email, industry, current marketing spend and what you need help with.
- Call bookings: your name, email, the time you choose and any answers you give in the booking form.
- Emails: anything you send us at office@nmscale.com.
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
Why we use it
We use your data only to reply to your enquiry, prepare for and hold your strategy call, and, if we work together, to deliver our services. Our legal basis is your request to be contacted and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Services we use
We use trusted providers to run this website and handle your requests:
- Tally for the application form
- Calendly for booking calls
- Google Workspace for email and calendar
- Cloudflare for hosting this website
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they use safeguards approved under the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. The booking calendar and application form are loaded from Calendly and Tally, which may set their own cookies needed for them to work.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your enquiry data within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Email us at office@nmscale.com and we'll reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
